Bibby Financial Services Canada engaged Cresa for Transaction Management to move from Ville Saint-Laurent to the Downtown Core. Their goals were to be closer to clients, upgrade to a prestigious, move-in-ready office that maximized employee satisfaction, and secure a flexible lease below market without drastically increasing occupancy costs.

Cresa conducted a complete market study and found a 2,000 sq. ft. built-out space at 1001 de Maisonneuve West connected to the underground network and close to amenities. Cresa (led by Laurent Abergel) negotiated a lease well below market and secured incentives such as free rent and tenant allowances, delivering a space built to Bibby’s specifications while significantly reducing overall occupancy costs.
