talentReef, a Denver-based HR software firm serving the hourly workforce, had grown to about 220 employees but remained fragmented across seven office suites on five floors after using subleases to keep overhead low. Facing the need to consolidate to strengthen culture and recruiting while controlling costs, they engaged Cresa for Transaction Management.

Cresa identified and negotiated a 39,618 sq. ft. downtown space at 950 17th Street—selecting a building with no other tech tenants to improve negotiating leverage—and helped source used furniture, resulting in significant cost savings. The new office, designed by IA Interior Architecture, combines benching, private offices and conference rooms, provides walkable amenities and transit options, and creates room for future growth.
