Oracle engaged Cresa to address fragmented real estate management across North America after using more than six national providers inherited through acquisitions. Oracle wanted to standardize providers, gain greater leverage, and improve service without increasing costs; Cresa delivered Transaction Management, Consulting, and Location Strategy & Economic Incentives and deployed its CresaTrac® platform.

Cresa created a complete document set for acquisitions and dispositions and implemented CresaTrac to give Oracle’s CREs and PMs online access to all transaction documents and project status, streamlining a paperless process and increasing Oracle staff capacity—leading Oracle to select Cresa as its sole provider. Cresa has since handled 536 transactions totaling 10,814,000 sq. ft., including 270 subleases (3,773,000 SF) and 260 direct leases (6,465,000 SF).
