The company wanted traditional home elements—front yard, family room, kitchen, den, craft room, garage—and a two‑story mezzanine deck to create an open, collaborative environment. Cresa led project design, facilitated construction of a new steel mezzanine structure, and handled furniture procurement to create an open office with double‑volume ceilings and a deck with lounge seating and games.
