A Cresa Case Study
NSK Canada, a Toronto‑based global manufacturer of ball and roller bearings, linear motion technology and automotive components, faced a forced relocation after its 25‑year building was sold and reconverted. Seeking to right‑size, modernize and better reflect its culture and branding, NSK Canada engaged Cresa for Transaction Management to find a new facility and manage the move.
Cresa led a Discovery session with multiple organizational levels (including NSK’s Japan leadership), ran an active market search, and negotiated a turnkey lease that secured NSK Canada a modern 39,338 sq. ft. facility. Cresa’s work delivered over $300K in landlord‑provided build‑out capital, a precast building with higher clear heights for improved warehouse cube optimization, and an updated corporate image—enabling a smooth, cost‑effective transition.
