New facility needed for growth and consolidation

Miller Zell engaged Cresa to support growth and consolidate multiple sites in Atlanta. Cresa (Transaction Management, led by Jim Bob Taylor) was tasked with subleasing roughly 300,000 SF across several buildings and locating a new 300,000–350,000 SF facility in the Fulton Industrial Area that would preserve Miller Zell’s corporate image, provide about 400 parking spaces, and include expansion land to retain and attract workers.

Cresa identified and facilitated the purchase of a 311,000 SF former McMaster‑Carr facility a few miles from Miller Zell’s existing locations, including 40,000 SF of Class A office space. As a result of Cresa’s work, Miller Zell secured the required space and amenities and realized total cost savings of $4.55 million.
