Navigators, Canada’s leading high‑stakes public affairs communications firm, engaged Cresa to find a new Toronto office (15,000 sq. ft.) that reflected its brand and culture, attracted top talent, maximized client privacy, and minimized up‑front spend by leveraging existing tenant improvements. Cresa supported the assignment with Location Strategy & Economic Incentives, Transaction Management, Workplace Intelligence and Project Management services.
Cresa secured a 15,000 sq. ft. suite in a AAA downtown financial‑core property, allowing Navigators to consolidate from a multi‑level split to a single floor, gain podium signage, and move out of a dated building with inefficient systems and inflated additional rent. The deal delivered $1M in existing tenant improvements plus more than $600,000 captured during negotiations for Navigators’ use toward further space improvements, improving privacy, image and operational efficiency.
