With three years remaining on a 179,000 SF lease, Moen engaged Cresa for Transaction Management and Location Strategy & Economic Incentives to evaluate on‑ and off‑market options.
Cresa used a three‑phased market survey and negotiation strategy to secure an 18,631 SF expansion within Moen’s existing facility (bringing the footprint to roughly 197,500 SF), extend the lease long‑term, and obtain below‑market rent, lease flexibility, and landlord responsibility for capital items such as the roof. Cresa’s work delivered the needed capacity and operational continuity while minimizing Moen’s capital outlay and disruption.
