Cresa negotiated a consolidated lease for Medical Solutions’ 50,000 sq. ft. headquarters, secured sufficient Tenant Improvement dollars from the landlord plus additional funding in the form of a significant rent credit, and structured lease terms to protect future growth. As a result, Medical Solutions obtained the space and financial support needed to expand without real estate constraints.
