Marshalls needed a new 1,500,000 sq. ft. distribution center in Phoenix to support rapid regional growth and free up the Las Vegas hub for TJ Maxx. To manage this ground-up build, Marshalls engaged Cresa for Project Management services to provide a local, boots-on-the-ground partner.

Cresa delivered daily on-site supervision and coordinated city municipalities, the power company, design team, general contractor, owner vendors and subcontractors to keep the project moving. Cresa completed the 1.5M sq. ft. Marshalls distribution center on the anticipated budget and schedule, supporting TJX in the largest ground-up project they have constructed to date.
