Cresa was engaged to provide Transaction Management, Location Strategy & Economic Incentives, and Project Management to identify and secure an appropriate solution while keeping the firm in the Central Business District.
Cresa conducted a 2+ year search, identified numerous options, evaluated existing building conditions, secured independent due diligence, and negotiated lease terms with landlord performance criteria. Cresa prepared a project budget (including $9 million in FF&E) and negotiated more than $300,000 in financial incentives from the City of St. Louis, resulting in a 99,665 sq. ft. downtown office solution for Lewis Rice.
