Legacy Health Leverages Cresa’s PM Team to Deliver TI Solutions for Private Practices

Legacy Health’s Northwest Neurosurgical team needed to relocate a 2,500 sq. ft. clinic from Tualatin into Legacy’s Emanuel Hospital campus in North Portland to reduce drive times and improve hospital access, while creating a warm Pacific Northwest residential aesthetic using neutral finishes and reclaimed wood. Cresa was engaged to provide Project Management services (Cresa team lead James Vietzke) to help realize the clinic’s long-term location strategy and design vision.

Cresa’s project management team led thorough design and visioning sessions and coordinated communications among all parties to streamline delivery, securing a temporary certificate of occupancy during the holiday so the clinic could move and begin seeing patients on schedule. As a result of Cresa’s work, the 2,500 sq. ft. space was delivered on time, avoided significant delays, allowed Legacy Health to close the prior clinic, and now combines a warm patient experience with an efficient clinical layout.
