Koh Young America engaged Cresa to relocate its headquarters from Chandler, AZ to the Atlanta area, needing 11,214 sq. ft. to support corporate, sales, service, and training functions without interrupting operations. Cresa delivered Transaction Management, C3: Communications Connectivity Cloud, and Project Management services, including site selection, evaluation of primary/secondary internet and cloud phone solutions, and oversight of design, construction and the move.

Cresa located a Duluth, GA facility (and when that deal stalled identified a better property), coordinated technology through its C3 program—resulting in a 44% reduction in the primary internet charge—and managed construction, furniture, AV, security and relocation. The project was completed on time and within budget with minimal punch-list items, and Koh Young America transitioned operations smoothly.
