ICT Group, a technology firm with its head office in Barendrecht and multiple locations across the Netherlands, faced sites that no longer met its operational needs or employer branding goals. Cresa was engaged to provide Transaction Management, Global Portfolio Solutions and Workplace Intelligence to help reposition ICT Group’s real estate as a recruitment and business asset.

Cresa renegotiated leases in Barendrecht and Groningen and secured a new 1,295 square metre, sustainable (label A) representative office in Eindhoven directly opposite TU/e. The work by Cresa delivered substantial rental cost savings, brought the estate into alignment with the company’s new financial and spatial market positioning, and positioned ICT Group closer to a key talent pipeline.
