Husqvarna worked with Cresa to support a mission-critical relocation of its North American headquarters from Augusta, GA to Charlotte, NC. The challenge involved evaluating whether to pursue a build-to-suit or renovate and expand the existing facility, while also accommodating both office and R&D space needs.

Cresa provided transaction management and project management to lead the move, including the build-out of 56,000 RSF of Class A office space and a 64,000 RSF research and design facility. The projects were completed on time and within budget, enabling Husqvarna to vacate its former premises as planned.
