Great Wolf Resorts - Customer Case Study

Great Wolf Resorts engaged Cresa to conduct an intra-market location strategy study and labor/location analysis across multiple sites in the greater Madison area. The goal was to identify which locations would best support future operations—particularly talent attraction, labor market dynamics and impact to the current employee base.

Cresa’s work led Great Wolf Resorts to select two Madison locations: a corporate office at 1255 Fourier Drive and a downtown call center at the Network222 building. The call center occupies about 13,126 SF and required core and suite upgrades (new passenger elevators, mechanical rooms and shafts); Cresa’s analysis and implementation produced a substantial increase in space for operations and positioned Great Wolf Resorts to move toward buying its future home.
