Cresa developed a strategic plan that leveraged the remaining two years on Foothold’s lease, completed an extensive market analysis to set a below‑market target, and negotiated a new seven‑year lease. Cresa’s work delivered an $18.00 RSF reduction versus the last deal in the building — north of a 25% savings compared with comparable transactions — while structuring free rent so the final two years’ payments were relatively unchanged.
