FOH Productions, sharing space with Roadcase in Phoenix, was rapidly outgrowing its facilities and needed a single, larger location that could house headquarters, racking, paint booths, wood manufacturing and distribution. Cresa was engaged to provide Project Management to identify and deliver the right facility that met FOH’s diverse operational needs.

Cresa partnered with FOH/Roadcase to locate and build a 43,000 sq. ft. facility, coordinating the design and construction teams and navigating the city’s stringent wood-manufacturing requirements to achieve an expedited completion. As a result, Cresa delivered a space that accommodates office, racking and manufacturing workflows, improving FOH’s production capacity and allowing the company to better showcase its culture.
