PTC, a global technology company, engaged Cresa to find a new Boston headquarters that would attract its target workforce and serve as a transformational workplace and home for its Corporate Experience Center. Cresa provided Transaction Management, Project Management and Workplace Intelligence to meet PTC’s goals for a central, cutting‑edge location in the city’s Innovation District.

Cresa fast‑tracked negotiations and secured an 18.5‑year lease for 250,000 sq. ft., beating out competitors to become the building’s first signed tenant and leasing 63% of the property, including the top nine floors. The team compressed a six‑month process into 30 days, and Cresa was retained to manage sublease/disposition services, oversee architect and contractor selection, and coordinate the relocation from Needham—delivering significant space, lease term and timeline efficiencies for PTC.
