Expanding an Energy Company's HQ while Retaining Submarket Rental Rates

North American Electric Reliability engaged Cresa in Atlanta to expand and refresh its 60,000 sq. ft. headquarters without paying out of pocket and while retaining submarket rental rates. Cresa provided Transaction Management and Project Management to address the client’s need for additional space and a full facility refresh.

Cresa negotiated and managed the transaction and project, enabling a 10,000 sq. ft. expansion and initiating Stage 1 of construction and a full refresh of the facility. As a result, Cresa secured an additional 5‑year lease extension at rates projected to be below market, meeting the client’s financial and operational objectives.
