EagleView Technologies engaged Cresa for Transaction Management to relocate and expand its Seattle-area headquarters. As a growing technology company moving from Bothell to the Bellevue CBD, EagleView needed support to secure adequate space (56,000 sq. ft.), negotiate an early lease termination at its former site, evaluate new employee transportation needs, and keep the project on time and on budget.

Cresa negotiated three full floors of Class A office space (approximately 56,000 sq. ft.) in the Bellevue CBD, achieved an above-market concession package to support future growth, and secured early termination of the Bothell lease. Cresa continues to provide project/transaction management services to keep the relocation on schedule and on budget while targeting occupancy at the end of 2018.
