EA Engineering, Science and Technology, Inc. had expanded into four separate locations within a three‑mile radius and was experiencing inefficiencies that hindered collaboration, employee retention, and its sustainability goals. Cresa was engaged to provide Transaction Management and Project Management to consolidate EA’s operations into a single, modern headquarters that would bring scientific, regulatory, technical, and operational teams together.

Cresa’s integrated analysis of leasing and purchase options determined a custom build‑to‑suit was the optimal solution; working with the developer, Cresa delivered a 74,500 sq. ft. state‑of‑the‑art office and laboratory at 225 Schilling Circle. The new facility—achieved through Cresa’s tailored approach to cost, space, divisional interaction and common areas—consolidated four locations into one, provided the best tenant advantage, and earned LEED Platinum certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
