Cresa’s PM Team Instrumental in Delivering HQ Space for one of Oregon’s Oldest Non-Profits

Boys & Girls Aid, one of Oregon’s oldest and most respected nonprofits, had outgrown its headquarters as programmatic growth made it necessary to split after‑school programming and administration into two locations. They needed a new administration/HQ that was open, flexible, full of natural light, and welcoming for families — and engaged Cresa to provide project management and tenant‑representation services to deliver that space.

Cresa’s project management team worked closely with Boys & Girls Aid leadership and the landlord’s property management and construction teams to develop the plan, schedule and design, coordinate trade partners, and deliver a new 13,000 sq. ft. HQ on a tight timeline. The result was a bright, colorful, and functional facility — featuring ample meeting space and Portland‑themed rooms — that supports cross‑functional collaboration and enables the organization to better serve families and the community.
