IMS Health engaged Cresa for Transaction Management Consulting to consolidate multiple Bangalore facilities onto a single, state-of-the-art 50,000 square metre campus. The objective was to find a Grade A facility that met international standards, was near their existing site, and identified lower-cost options by surveying outside the initial radius.
Cresa leveraged its Bengaluru South database, performed a lease‑vs‑buy analysis, shortlisted and surveyed the best Grade A buildings (outlining benefits and drawbacks), and acted as IMS Health’s representative during negotiations and post‑completion landlord oversight. The acquisition was completed in a record four months versus an expected seven–eight, resulting in a larger, company‑owned office, improved employee satisfaction and rising productivity.
