Fiserv, a financial services company, was growing quickly and operating from four separate office locations around Central Florida. To improve efficiency and eliminate wasted resources, Fiserv turned to Cresa for transaction management, location strategy, economic incentives, consulting, and lease administration support to plan a full consolidation into one location.
Cresa coordinated a 10-year lease strategy and led the development of a new 198,085-square-foot facility from programming through final construction, working with a full team of architects, builders, and consultants. The result was a consolidated, collaborative workplace at 600 Colonial Parkway in Lake Mary, Florida, with state and local incentives secured and excess space later backfilled: Cresa also leased 26,000 square feet of surplus space to Siemens within six months.
