Commencal, a high-end mountain bike company founded in France, needed to relocate its U.S. headquarters and find about 13,650 sq. ft. combining a retail showroom, office and warehousing space with visibility from a major avenue/interstate, access to its target demographic and proximity to bike trails. Commencal engaged Cresa for transaction management to identify and secure the right Colorado location.

Cresa guided site selection and lease negotiations, securing a 13,650 sq. ft. space in a new St. John Properties development at the northeast corner of I‑70 and C‑470 with a showroom facing 470. Cresa compared three-, five- and seven-year lease options and recommended a five-year lease that maximized landlord contributions to the showroom buildout while preserving flexibility to expand or extend, delivering immediate trail and resort access, strong visibility and terms that support Commencal’s Colorado growth.
