Comcast engaged Cresa to deliver a build‑to‑suit regional headquarters in Atlanta’s The Battery that would reflect the company’s brand and culture and support an open, collaborative design with the latest technologies for today’s and tomorrow’s employees. Cresa provided transaction management and project management services to evaluate the market, select the site, and develop the program to meet Comcast’s business and workplace objectives.

Cresa led strategic planning and market analyses and helped build and design a roughly 245,000 sq. ft. facility in The Battery, enabling Comcast to meet growth projections while reinforcing branding and messaging. The location also allowed Comcast to partner with the Atlanta Braves and promote its products to employees, residents, and stadium visitors, delivering clear location-driven marketing and operational benefits.
