Cresa’s Consulting Group completed a site selection study and identified El Segundo as the optimal location; Cresa’s Transaction Management secured a free‑standing single‑tenant building in a Class A project and negotiated a significant tenant improvement allowance; and Cresa’s Project Management oversaw the construction and relocation. The result was a cost‑effective move into a 28,769 sq. ft. flagship that consolidated Chicken of the Sea’s operations, increased synergy across business groups and delivered a collaborative workplace tailored to employee needs.
