CEMEX - Customer Case Study

CEMEX engaged Cresa to reposition and rebrand its U.S. headquarters in Houston. Facing the need for a world‑class, collaborative workplace that reflected its global leadership, CEMEX asked Cresa to provide transaction management, location strategy, economic incentives and project management to create a space that would also showcase CEMEX products as a working showroom.

Cresa negotiated a new lease to relocate CEMEX into a yet‑to‑be‑constructed, 82,500 sq. ft. LEED‑certified office development and secured the longtime landlord’s agreement to build the space using only CEMEX products. Cresa also obtained TI dollars, flexible lease terms and building signage, delivered the high‑end workspace the company envisioned, and the project was named a Houston Business Journal Landmark Award finalist for best headquarters move in 2018.
