Bluetree, founded by ex-Epic consultants Reggie Luedtke and Ted Gurman, provides a web platform to improve healthcare efficiency. Facing the need for a Madison headquarters that would allow staff expansion, remain flexible for future growth, and accommodate co-location with HealthFinch and MoxyHealth, Bluetree engaged Cresa (Cresa Madison team: Ross Rikkers, TJ Blitz, Matt Apter) for tenant-representation and relocation advisory services.

Cresa identified and secured a 16,663 sq. ft. headquarters on the top floor of the 100 State Street Building that supports co-location efficiencies like shared facilities and meeting space. Cresa negotiated favorable deal terms and delivered a flexible space that enables Bluetree’s growth and collaboration with its co-tenants, a result Bluetree praised as “above and beyond” expectations.
