Cresa negotiated and secured a new headquarters less than one mile from Atlas MedStaff’s previous office, delivering an above‑market tenant improvement package and highly favorable lease terms that preserved flexibility for the high‑growth company. As a result, Atlas nearly tripled its footprint to ~20,000 sq. ft. without tripling monthly occupancy costs, achieving the desired Class A environment at an extremely favorable rate.
