IGS Energy, a Cincinnati-based energy and technology company, engaged Cresa to centralize and streamline its real estate portfolio. IGS needed a single source of truth accessible to support services colleagues and a real estate partner to provide holistic operational guidance; Cresa supported these needs through its Global Portfolio Solutions and Transaction Management services.

Cresa implemented the Valo location/administration tool — a web-based dashboard that consolidates lease, renewal, contract and address data previously managed across three spreadsheets — giving colleagues controlled access to critical site information. As a result, IGS Energy’s real estate team operates more efficiently, provides information more quickly, and has a streamlined lease process across its roughly 5,000 sq. ft. portfolio.
