Ascensus, a service and technology provider supporting more than 7 million Americans, experienced rapid organic growth and needed a state‑of‑the‑art 27,228 sq. ft. space in the Tucson market for administration, management and training. Ascensus engaged Cresa for Project Management to deliver a facility with generator backup, operable wall partitions and tightly coordinated network and furniture systems.

Cresa’s project management team oversaw design and construction at the U of A Technology Park, managing a local contractor and out‑of‑state design and client teams and coordinating permitting, inspections and landlord requirements with the university. As a result, Cresa delivered the required 27,228 sq. ft. space on time for business opening, meeting Ascensus’s operational needs and supporting its continued growth.
