Cresa developed pricing models to compare real estate alternatives and guided Ahead LLC to a sublease at 401 N. Michigan Avenue that leveraged two penthouse floors. The solution delivered the desired, market-ready space while keeping total project and relocation costs materially lower than a direct lease or full design/build, enabling Ahead to pursue growth with reduced capital outlay.
