Activision engaged Cresa to evaluate a strategic solution for its Los Angeles corporate headquarters after business units were spread across several buildings and legacy operations no longer aligned with corporate strategy. Cresa provided Transaction Management, Project Management and Consulting to assess each business unit’s optimum location and workplace strategy while aiming to minimize cost and employee disruption.
Cresa documented and quantified the business drivers for each unit, identified appropriate real estate solutions for roughly 225,000 sq. ft. of space, and produced side-by-side comparisons of costs and operational impacts for multiple alternatives. As a result, Cresa enabled Activision to make data-driven consolidation and workplace decisions that clarified trade-offs, reduced uncertainty and supported efforts to minimize cost and employee disruption.
