Acertus (formerly Amerifleet) engaged Cresa to evaluate its U.S. headquarters as part of a rebrand and growth strategy. Cresa’s Atlanta team, led by Tom Tindall and Brooks Morris, provided Location Strategy & Economic Incentives services to assess the 16,440 sq. ft. HQ and run a metro Atlanta analysis focused on talent recruitment, retention, and cost.

After a thorough 12‑month review with Acertus leadership, Cresa recommended renewing the current lease and negotiated both economic and non‑economic terms with the landlord. Cresa secured provisions to refresh the space and shift responsibility for major maintenance items to the landlord, delivering the desired cost, operational, and talent outcomes.
