Accretech, a manufacturing company in Austin, needed to evaluate sites across three states, build state-of-the-art clean rooms for a new product line, and secure a facility they could own. Accretech retained Cresa for Transaction Management and Project Management to find, acquire and develop the right space.

Cresa negotiated the off-market purchase of a 42,600 sq. ft. flex building in Round Rock, obtained approvals from Accretech’s international parent, converted the property to office and clean-room use, and secured an economic incentive package from the City of Round Rock. As a result, Cresa delivered a long-term, highly visible facility with faster, lower-cost construction through dedicated project oversight and measurable savings in time and money.
