Cresa managed the tender, developer selection, contract negotiations and technical specification agreement, securing a 7,000 square metre central warehouse in Skawina prepared to specification and delivered on budget. The solution gives Max‑Fliz an operational hub that enables express deliveries, supports interior fit‑out project timelines, and improves customer service while meeting budgetary and technical requirements.
