CrelioHealth implemented a unified, national order management system that automated the entire workflow from order entry to result delivery. The solution integrated with key national registries, established a centralized command center, and processed over 29,000 daily transactions with zero errors. This resulted in fully automated order management, the elimination of manual intervention, and a paperless, real-time operation for MOH's 16 labs, providing a Vision 2030-aligned infrastructure.
