The W Dallas Victory Hotel and Residences, a property dedicated to reducing its environmental impact as part of the Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide portfolio, sought to meet corporate-wide energy reduction goals. The challenge was to decrease energy consumption while improving outdoor light quality for guest security. To address this, the hotel partnered with vendor Cree Lighting for an LED lighting solution.

Cree Lighting implemented its LED luminaires, which significantly improved outdoor light quality. This enhanced the sense of security for residents and guests.
