Courtyard by Marriott realizes energy savings with Cree Lighting and targets 15-month payback

Courtyard by Marriott sought a lighting solution to showcase the upscale amenities of its newly redesigned lobby while also maximizing energy efficiency. To meet this challenge, the hotel selected LED lighting products from vendor Cree Lighting.

Cree Lighting implemented its TrueWhite Technology troffers. This solution allowed the hotel to realize considerable energy savings, with Marriott management expecting a payback on its investment in approximately 15 months.
