Milk Makeup Powers Growth With Studio Fam Influencer Community

Milk Makeup set out to grow its presence in the beauty community and hit a $100M EMV target for 2018 by launching the Studio Fam micro‑influencer program with 200 ambassadors and a goal to add roughly 15 creators per month. To centralize campaign tracking and measure influencer impact, Milk Makeup partnered with CreatorIQ to manage and monitor its growing Studio Fam community.

CreatorIQ aggregated Studio Fam posts and provided campaign dashboards and tagging tools (Brand Buzz, Campaigns, Keyword Tags) to track ambassador activity, engagement scores, and top performers, enabling VIP tagging and re‑activation. With CreatorIQ’s platform, Milk Makeup exceeded its goal—earning $107.9M EMV in 2018 (217% YoY growth), hitting a Q4 high of $42.5M (and $65.7M in Q1 2019)—while expanding its ambassador community 11% between Q3–Q4 2018 and a further 23% into Q1 2019.
