Univision Creator Network (UCN), the in-house network and creative studio for digital creators at Univision, faced growing complexity as campaign activations increased and more employees and creators collaborated across the company. To scale inter-organizational influencer marketing and streamline data collection and distribution, UCN turned to CreatorIQ, using CreatorIQ’s workflow solution and reporting suite to centralize talent data and performance metrics.
CreatorIQ helped UCN build a custom CRM with lists and talent-specific filters, a communication workflow for cross-departmental approvals, and rolling campaigns with custom reports to measure performance. As a result, UCN connected five new departments to influencer efforts, saved an estimated 100 total hours (about 4 hours per campaign), piloted 30+ external campaigns, and expanded internal stakeholders and ad-product development—demonstrating measurable efficiency and scalability thanks to CreatorIQ.
