How Tribe Dynamics Helped Coach Find Itself ‘Amongst Friends’

Coach used CreatorIQ (Tribe Dynamics) to strengthen its influencer marketing strategy and build a more authentic, always-on relationship with its Coach Collective brand ambassadors. The luxury fashion brand wanted to move beyond transactional pay-to-post partnerships and engage a younger, more diverse Millennial and Gen Z audience through genuine collaboration and community-building.

Using CreatorIQ’s Ambassadors and Campaigns features, Coach identified the best creators to activate, paired legacy and newer Collective members, and monitored performance in real time during its “Amongst Friends” campaign and NYFW activations. The initiative generated $420K in EMV across 78 pieces of content and 3.0M impressions, while Coach’s spring/summer NYFW show earned $2.2M in EMV in September 2021, a 37.5% year-over-year increase; overall, Coach increased EMV by 66% YoY from 2020 to 2021.
