How Kosas Became Gen Z’s Go-to Brow Brand

Kosas, an indie beauty brand, set out to make its March 2021 Brow Team collection a go-to choice in the crowded brow category and needed to surface authentic influencer advocates and measure cross-platform impact—especially on TikTok. To do this, Kosas partnered with CreatorIQ and leveraged its influencer discovery and campaign-tracking tools to identify passionate creators and plan launch activities.

CreatorIQ helped Kosas execute a paid partnership with Emma Chamberlain, curate product mailers to loyal advocates, and run a TikTok-driven #BrowFreakChallenge while monitoring participation and performance across channels. The launch drove 1.2k posts from 300 creators in the first three months, generated $3.2M EMV from March–May 2021, and placed Brow Team as a top-three brow collection at Sephora—remaining one of Kosas’ top EMV-driving products after six months.
