iHeartMedia, a hybrid broadcaster combining traditional radio with podcasts and live events, needed a way to unify these channels and measure talent influence as a common currency for planning and activation. To address this, iHeartMedia partnered with CreatorIQ and ingested their radio and podcast talent into CreatorIQ’s Social CRM to surface real-time social audience data.
CreatorIQ’s solution allowed iHeartMedia to expand audience targeting beyond program listeners, execute 360-degree campaigns across broadcast, streaming, events and social, and streamline end-to-end workflows. Since onboarding CreatorIQ, iHeartMedia reported a 1.42M campaign reach, 1.9M impressions and 87K engagements across nine campaigns, and used the insights to set better KPIs, activate live-event sponsorships (including the 2019 iHeartRadio Music Festival) and drive stronger advertiser outcomes.
