Get Safe Online - Customer Case Study

Get Safe Online, the UK’s not-for-profit online safety organization, needed a better way to help a broad audience quickly find advice on its website without relying on phone support. To improve self-service and usability, it turned to Creative Virtual and its V-Person intelligent virtual assistant platform.

Creative Virtual implemented two website virtual assistants: Terry Tablet for the Personal area and Gabby for the Business area, both designed to answer questions in plain English, surface relevant web pages, and support glossary and video content. The solution improved self-service and website engagement, with reported gains in usability, average pages per visit, and reduced bounce rates; usage also rose significantly, with conversations increasing by more than 150% in the June-to-September 2014 period versus the same period in 2013.
