A Creative Concern Case Study

Preview of the Vocal Case Study

Vocal co-creates a new brand with Creative Concern through consultation with over 300 people

Vocal, an organization that brings together patients, carers, artists, and health professionals to enhance health and research, faced the challenge of making its work more accessible. Previously known as Public Programmes, it required a complete rebrand, including a new name, to better reflect its mission of listening to a wider range of people. They engaged the vendor Creative Concern for a brand identity service to address this.

Creative Concern implemented a solution by extensively consulting over 300 people through workshops, interviews, and surveys to co-create the new Vibrant brand. The solution included a clear tone of voice, a vibrant visual identity, and comprehensive post-launch guidelines and templates. This gave the client control over their communications and saved them time. The result was a successful virtual brand launch and an ongoing partnership, with the client describing the process as a genuine co-design that made a real impact.
