A Creative Concern Case Study
The Greater Manchester Coalition of Disabled People, an organization run by and for disabled people, needed a new brand identity that could powerfully express its passion and commitment to advocacy and equality. They engaged the agency Creative Concern to develop this new brand, which required a strong visual identity that was also fully accessible.
Creative Concern developed a robust new brand identity, which included a logo, a suite of icons, a color palette, and extensive guidelines. The process involved significant consultation with the coalition's members, which also led to the creation of new copylines and a clear tone of voice. The resulting work was praised by the client for being both forward-looking and accessible, proving that attractive design is not mutually exclusive with accessibility. The new brand from Creative Concern is now used for day-to-day communications and to help the coalition engage a wider audience.
