A Creative Concern Case Study
The Design Council, a UK-based strategic authority for design, faced the challenge of equipping 1 million designers with the skills needed for sustainable and regenerative design by 2030. They engaged the vendor Creative Concern to develop a bold, campaigning visual identity and exhibition to launch this "Skills for Planet" initiative.
Creative Concern designed a comprehensive visual identity and a sustainable exhibition model for the London Design Biennale launch. The solution included a Green Mindset Diagram and a Blueprint Report to provide practical resources. The campaign successfully encouraged designers to pledge themselves to the movement, creating a visually engaging brand and establishing a reusable exhibition framework. Creative Concern delivered a project that directly supports the ambitious goal of impacting 1 million designers.
